Returns & Refunds Policy

At HustleCheck.co.za, we connect users with township businesses, side hustlers, and informal vendors. While we don’t sell physical products or services directly, we do provide a platform where businesses can be listed and reviewed.

However, for any digital purchases, paid listing subscriptions, or premium features made through our site, the following Return & Refund Policy applies.


1. Digital Products & Subscriptions

All purchases of digital products, listings, or premium features on HustleCheck.co.za are non-refundable once payment is completed, except in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same item or service.
  • Technical failure: If a paid feature was not activated due to a fault on our side and we’re unable to resolve it within 7 working days.

To request a refund under one of these exceptions, please email us at [Insert Email Address] within 7 days of the transaction.


2. Business Listings & Premium Features

We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused portions of listings or subscriptions. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

If you believe your listing was not properly displayed due to a system error, contact our support team to investigate.


3. Vendor & Business Transactions

If you purchase goods or services from a business listed on our platform:

  • HustleCheck.co.za is not responsible for those transactions.
  • You must contact the business directly for any issues, returns, or disputes.
  • We encourage you to leave an honest review based on your experience.
